1. Who is the editor-in-chief of the BBKN?

The current Editor-In-Chief of the Bring Back Kirk Newsletter is Joseph Beaudoin.

2. What is the purpose of the BBKN?

The BBKN's purpose is the deliver all BBKers -- and all those interested in the happenings of the Bring Back Kirk movement -- OFFICIAL news, information, and the results of our progress of our movement to right the wrong conducted in Generations.

3. What is the abbreviation "BBKN"?

"BBKN" is, if you haven't already guessed, is the abbreviation for Bring Back Kirk Newsletter.

4. Why is the BBKN site not hosted on the official site?

Good question. :-)

The reason is that the BBKN website isn't hosted by the official BBK site is pretty much for Editor-In-Chief Joe Beaudoin's convenience. And it was decided by the official people that it'd be hosted on the server of the Bring Back Kirk Information & Opinion Center I created.

5. How often does the BBKN come out?

The main newsletter comes out weekly. However, important updates will also come through the list, so you might get more than two e-mails a week from the list.

6. What can I expect to see in the BBKN?

You can expect to see:

  • News
  • Updates
  • Editorials
  • Letters From BBKers & Readers
  • Important Messages Directly From the BBK Leaders
  • Blurbs of Featured Sites, People, etc.
  • Letter Writing Campaign Information & Tips

7. Can I write an editorial for BBKN?

If you think something is worthy to be printed in the BBKN, then please feel free to mail it to the editor-in-chief.

Disclaimer: However, please be aware that we have the right to edit or reject articles that may be unsuitable for printing in the BBKN. Just because you send it to the BBKN does not necessarily ensure that it'll be printed. Also, due to space restrictions,

8. How many e-mails does the newsletter take?

The newsletter is only the length of one e-mail. So it doesn't clutter your mailbox nor take you too long to read.

9. How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe in one of three ways:

  1. Fill out our simple form (provided by eGroups) provided here. Or on our affiliate and the BBK official sites.
  2. Send a BLANK e-mail to bbknewsletter-subscribe@egroups.com.
  3. Contact the editor-in-chief to have him manually enter your e-mail address into the mailing list.

10. How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe in one of the following methods:

  1. Go to www.egroups.com, sign in under your e-mail address that you're subscribed under for the BBKN, after signing in click on the "Bring Back Kirk Newsletter (OFFICIAL)" link, and then clicking on the "Modify Subscription" button on the information page when it completes loading. Go to the very bottom of the page that loads after clicking "Modify Subscription" and then click the "Unsubscribe" button.
  2. Sending a blank e-mail under your e-mail address to bbknewsletter-unsubscribe@egroups.com, if you wish to unsubscribe fast.
  3. Filling out our form at our Unsubscribe page.
  4. Contacting the editor-in-chief to remove you manually from the mailing list, as opposed to automatically when using the first two methods.

If you encounter problems, please contact the editor-in-chief.

11. Can I moderate my subscription without having to contact you?

Yes, you are capable of making adjustments to your subscription (i.e., changing address, method of delivery, etc.) Simply go to http://www.egroups.com/group/bbknewsletter, login under the e-mail address you subscribed under (with password), then moderate your subscription as you see fit.

12. Who else has access to the mailing list?

Only three people have access to the mailing list, which would be:

  1. Joe Beaudoin, Editor-In-Chief
  2. Jason Turner, BBK UK Official
  3. Marc, BBK US Official

Your subscription information is quite private, as no one else other than these authorized persons see your information. If you have any additional concerns, you are quite welcome to e-mail the editor-in-chief.

13. How can I get the sign-up box code?

If you have a website, and wish to promote us, the best way to do it is by putting up or sign-up box code. To get the sign-up box code, click here! Copy the code and then insert it wherever you want!
